Safaris in South Africa
This was, without question, one of the most amazing things I have experienced in life. In our quest to explore for the perfect safari trip, we were fortunate enough to visit three separate reserves throughout South Africa; the Hluhluwe-Umfolozi Game Reserve outside of Richard's Bay, the Tala Game Reserve outside of Durban and the Kariega Game Reserve outside of Port Elizabeth. The pictures can never do justice, but I hope you enjoy, nonetheless.

The Tiled Sidewalks of Portugal
Portugal exudes a culture of tile creativity. Not only is it witnessed in their building exteriors, but their sidewalks and outdoor malls display the love, respect and care for their culture of tiles. I spent as much time pointing my camera downward as I did at their lovely structures. Enjoy this journey through their amazing artistry.
Markets of the World
Souks, Floating and Open Air Markets always seem to be a delight...not just to the palate, but also to the eyes. Here are some of my favorites from Africa to Italy and Canada to Thailand. I salivate just looking at the pictures and especially remembering the white figs from Livorno, Italy. They didn't last long, and several were absconded by my travel buddies!
Halloween in Boracay!
There is more than one reason to visit the most beautiful island on earth (according to Conde Nast)...and that is Halloween at the beach in Boracay. Want to experience the excitement and pomp of Mardi Gras or Carnival but without the insane crowds and crime? Want to have that experience on the most extraordinary beach with other revelers who made the trek? Go to Boracay for Halloween. It is, without a doubt, the most memorable Halloween I have experienced. The pictures really can't do it justice.
